Yes. Payments are securely held for up to 21 days until delivery confirmation.
Record and upload a full unboxing video showing packaging, opening, and product condition.
Only after the buyer uploads video proof AND seller approves the return.
After seller approval, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
Products are listed by independent sellers.
Local manufacturer branding may differ.
ApniFactory is not liable for design changes sellers do not report.
Yes, transporter contact may be shared.
Buyer and seller phone numbers are not shared.
