Seller will receive the buyer's unboxing video and must confirm whether
return/refund is acceptable.
No. Buyer details are private. ApniFactory coordinates communication.
Your account may be suspended, listing removed, payment withheld, and legal responsibility
will lie solely with the seller.
Yes, only if the product cannot be shipped. Frequent cancellations may lead to
account review.
Commission, payment gateway fees, or marketing charges may apply and are visible during settlement.
